Evolis ACL001 Regular Cleaning Kit.
The Evolis YST-ACL001 Compatible Laminator Sticky Card uses low stick sticky paper to clean dust from the printer transfer and sticky rollers, helping to avoid damage to the printhead and helping to ensure high-quality prints.
Simply run the sticky card through the printer to clean the transfer rollers. Please note that sticky dust cards only remove dust, an IPA soak cleaning card is required to clean ink, residue and debris.
Cleaning the thermal printhead by wiping it back and forth effectively removes dust and debris build-up on the printhead, extending its life and maintaining consistent print quality.
Product Features
High and Low Adhesion Double Coated Tape
The film tape is coated with a high tack (permanent) adhesive on one side and a low tack (removable) adhesive on the other side.
Double-layer coated tape, the high-viscosity permanent tape is attached to the surface of the PVC card, and the low-viscosity surface is attached to release paper for protection.
The plastic handle of the IPA-soaked cotton swab is filled with 99.9% IPA solution, and it can be used according to the cleaning operation guide.
