Operational Guidelines
- Remove the outer packaging and clean it before entering the cleanroom.
- Perform 5S preparation before use, ensuring work surfaces, floors, equipment, chairs, gloves, tools, fixtures, and trays are clean. Inspect under a microscope.
- Gently pick up the stick using tweezers without allowing the adhesive end to touch any surface to prevent contamination.
- Align the adhesive tip with the dust particle under a microscope or software, maintaining a 60°-90° angle. Lightly touch the dust spot to lift it without excessive force to avoid damaging the SENSOR.
- Hold the stick steadily without shaking. Do not rub it against the product to prevent scratches.
- Each stick should be used a maximum of 15 to 20 times to prevent secondary contamination.
- Used sticks must be stored separately from clean ones and kept away from the workspace.

- Always store with the adhesive surface facing upward. Do not place it sideways or upside down.
