Evolis Card Printer Cleaning Kit A5011 includes 5 CR80 cleaning cards, 5 IPA soaked swabs, and 40 cleaning cloths for daily cleaning of most Evolis card printer transfer rollers and printheads.
The Evolis Compatible Cleaning Kit CR80 Cleaning Card is constructed of 45% wood pulp and 55% polyester, the wood pulp has excellent absorbency and slows down the evaporation of IPA. It is soaked with a 99.9% IPA solution, which effectively removes ink, debris and residues that build up on the transfer rollers of card printers.
The plastic handle of the IPA-soaked cotton swab is filled with 99.9% IPA solution, and it can be used according to the cleaning operation guide.
Spunlace wipes soaked in a 99.9% IPA solution are used for preventive maintenance of card printers and transaction equipment to clean the thermal printheads, transfer rollers and internal components of the equipment.
The base material of the CR80 cleaning card is PVC, laminated on both sides with wood pulp polyester spunlace cloth, soaked in IPA solution, and packaged in an aluminum foil bag to provide excellent sealing.
