The IPA Printhead Cleaning Pen is ideal for removing build-up from printheads without damaging them.

Cleaning with a cleaning pen is a cost-effective option for maintaining the printhead.

But be aware that some card printers do not have enough room to insert a cleaning pen in the printhead location and require a flexible soaking swab to clean the printhead.

We use 3M tape for the sticky card, it has the proper stickiness and won’t jam the card printer when cleaning.

The Falco sticky cleaning card can effectively remove dust from the transfer wheel of the card printer.

Constructed of 100% wood pulp soaked in a 99.9% IPA solution. IPA soaked cleaning wipes are used for preventive maintenance of card printers and transaction equipment to clean the equipment’s thermal printheads, transfer wheels and internal components.
