Description
The Foam-Covered Cleanroom Cotton Swab is a high sorbent, general-purpose swab for cleaning surfaces and hard-to-reach areas. Its open-cell polyurethane foam head possesses the excellent absorptive capacity and cushioning. An internal cotton bud provides cushioned support and additional absorbency. The long hardwood handle ensures good control and ease of use.

Material: 100% Compressed polyurethane foam from Japan and polypropylene handle.
Open-cell: have better absorbency but abrasion resistance is not good.
Closed-cell: have better abrasion-resisting, but absorbency is not good Foam swab is better used with 75% IPA, the IPA swab of 707FS is high-density foam so can stand 99.9IPA.
Bighead foam swabs are good for cleaning injet printer heads which have strong absorbency.
While the small head foam swabs have wide applications, so depend on the customer’s application. such as 750FS and 751FS can clean the hole on the phone.
Sterilization: Foam swab can not via EO or high-temperature sterilization, will turn yellow.
