Micro-fiber cleanroom Swab MS758

The Micro-fiber Cleanroom Swab MS758 is crafted from a dual-layer of ultra-fine polyester cleanroom fabric and a polypropylene shaft through a two-step heat-sealing process. This process ensures a firm fusion of the fabric head with the polypropylene shaft, eliminating adhesive contamination. MS758 undergoes multiple deionized water rinses in a cleanroom and is packaged in double-purified bags.

The heat-sealed edge of the cleanroom fabric head tightly secures the edges, effectively preventing the generation of micro-dust particles. Through testing, the product demonstrates extremely low levels of micro-dust and ion content during use. It exhibits superior wear resistance and cleanliness, making it suitable for repeated wiping. It shows outstanding compatibility with most organic solvents, including acetone and isopropanol, and has excellent solvent absorption and locking capabilities.
