Description
The MS716 Microfiber cleanroom swab is composed of a dual-layer of ultrafine polyester fiber dust-free fabric and a polypropylene shaft, processed through a dual heat-sealing technique, firmly bonding the fabric head with the polypropylene shaft, eliminating adhesive contamination. The MS714 is repeatedly cleaned with deionized water in a cleanroom and packaged in double-purification bags. The fabric head is heat-sealed to prevent the generation of microdust particles effectively. Testing has shown that the product has very low levels of microdust and ions during usage, along with excellent wear resistance and cleaning performance. It can be repeatedly wiped and exhibits outstanding compatibility with most organic solvents, including acetone and isopropanol, with good absorption and locking capabilities.
