Cleanroom swabs are used to cleanroom surfaces in manufacturing areas found in controlled environments.

Each type of swab is tailored for specific cleaning and contamination control needs:

• Foam Swabs: Known for their absorbency and cost-effectiveness, constructed from clean polyurethane foam (100 PPI). They are double-layered, making them ideal for critical surface cleaning.
• Polyester Swabs: Made with double layers of polyester knit fabric, offering high cleanliness and consistency. ESD handles are available, making them suitable for eliminating or quantifying contamination.
• Micro-Denier Swabs: A hybrid swab combining foam and microfiber for superior contaminant pick-up. Their structure is ideal for removing both liquid and dry contaminants with soft fabric.
• Microfiber Woven Swabs: Featuring textured microfiber layers combined with polyester, these swabs excel in removing oils and small particles from surfaces.
• Cotton Swabs: Constructed with long-staple cotton fibers and a methyl-cellulose binder, these swabs provide minimal residue and are tightly wrapped to prevent fiber loss. Dual-headed designs enhance their utility.

The swabs are compatible with many solvents, and ESD versions are available for static control. Samples can be provided upon request.
